Volvagia by HappyCrumble Volvagia by HappyCrumble
Argh!! A Subterranean Lava Dragon!
Not to be confused with the Volvogia, which is what Link drove through the Fire Temple.

This was my all time favorite Zelda boss.
I have a record time of beating him in 45 seconds.
It takes 30 arrows to waste and the megaton hammer. Nice work on this! It's spectacular!

Wahh! I didn't even know Volvagia could be hurt by arrows. That's pretty cool!
I think my favourite OoT boss is probably Bongo Bongo, just because it looks so creepy.

Thank you, by the way! :D

Bongo Bongo drives me insane. It's like trying to fight Master Hand and Crazy Hand, plue another boss. Life's tough trying to fight him.
Personally, I'd say my favorite bosses are Twin Rova and of course Volvagia.

The manga representation of Volvagia was cute and tragic. It's nice to see this boss again. :)

LOL your description is brilliant

I really love those eyes! And the purples you used were a lovely touch too
Maybe if you're shading with close proximity to fire you could make the contrast much larger, ie. darker shadows and brighter highlights, would really make this pop! Though I know that you do like to keep your tones and colouring soft too...just my two cents on a good piece!

Thank you! I like eyes :):) And drifloon
Yeah, I think I failed a bit on the whole fire aspect of this drawing so I appreciate the tip! Basically, I need to take what I think is a good highlight and then times it by ten. That'll work...
